Peridot Investment Properties was founded on the simple idea that real property is now and – will continue to be – one of the best investments out there. We are knowledgeable real estate professionals who enjoy investing in real estate and we are actively involved as investors ourselves in each of our projects. We begin with a keen understanding of market fundamentals coupled with intensive analysis of the markets we invest in, to minimize risks and maximize returns. As real estate professionals, we understand all aspects of real estate brokerage and property management. And as real estate investors, we also understand the need for asset protection and preservation, return on investment and market cycle timing.
Our focus is on residential projects where we can use four complimentary exit strategies to position ourselves and our investors for short or long terms gains, long term appreciation or immediate cash flow. In the current market we are finding tremendous value and opportunities in foreclosed and bank-owned (REO) properties which can be purchased far below market value. Often these are single-family residences but there are multi-family opportunities as well. As with any well-thought out idea, we start with strategy first. A sound strategy only needs the correct market in which to flourish. We then undertake exhaustive research to find the markets that match our strategies. We are personally invested in all of our deals and we pride ourselves on the fact that we make money with our investors not off of them.
